ABOUT THE EVENT

We are extremely happy that our first WODproud event takes place atCrossfit Performance360 in Crystal Palace on 8 November. Come and join us!

WODproud organises an event of workout and social at a different gym once a month with the aim to bring the LGBT fitness community together to meet new people, exchange experiences and have fun while supporting LGBT causes.

We are a not-for-profit organisation, and giving back to organisations that support the LGBT community is really important to us. All the profits from the events go to an LGBT charity, such as the Albert Kennedy Trust or the Sussex Beacon, and part of it to a pot to organise larger events in the future.

The format of the class would be: a warm up, a partners workout, an individual or team workout (depending on the number of people), a finisher and mobility work. The whole class would focus on athletes getting to know each other and having a good time. After the class, we will all go for brunch somewhere nearby TBD.
