ABOUT THE EVENT

Varaždin Throwdown 2018 will be a two day test of fitness. Varaždin Throwdown will take place at the TTS sport center in Varaždin on 2nd and 3rd of June.
Registration will start on 1st of April and will be open until all 120 athlete (80 male and 40 female) spots fill up or until the deadline on 20th of May. No qualifications this year, only two online workouts prior to the event for registered athletes.

Your performance will determine that

All registered athletes will do 6 workouts
*2 workouts will be done and judged “online” prior to the event
*3 workouts will be on Day 1 of Varaždin Throwdown
*First workout on Day 2 will be the last “Qualifier”

After that your leaderboard ranking will determine your category. Places 1-24 men and 1-8 female will go to Elite semifinal and final workouts. Places 25-40 men and 9-16 female will go to Sport semifinal and final workouts. “Qualifier” workouts will be based on fundamental CrossFit movements that all athletes are able to do but that don`t mean they won`t be challenging to all. You will just have to give your best in each workout and see where you stand
