ABOUT THE EVENT
SEASON THREE is HERE!
We are pleased to confirm that registration will open on Monday 25th July!!
The competition will run for 7 consecutive weeks starting Thursday 13th October and there will be a new workout being released each Thursday thereafter.
7 weeks – 7 Wods in Total with the last Wod released on Thursday 24th November.
We have put together a list of movements which are likely to come up in the league, these are the weights shown are the minimum requirement. You should aim to be able to cover these movements within your team (Not everyone needs to be able to do all of them!)

OH Squats (50/30)
KB Swings (16/24)
More complex movements may appear however there will always be a way for teams to scale in order to complete the workout and register a legitimate score.
