ABOUT THE EVENT

Workshop

In this 1-day-workshop, Jacob Jespersen, with 18 years career of competition in rowing, 7 of which in the National Danish Rowing Team will focus on the rowing techniques on the Concept 2, specific for WOD in competitions.

In this hands-on seminar you will discover tips and techniques useful in the for the most demanding competitions, across several test and assessments that will be videotaped and reviewed instantly, in order to help you to improve your technique and manage your energy and the Concept 2.

 

Availability
In order to grant a high level and tailor-made experience, the audience is limited to 9 places/day only.

 

Event information

  • The Workshop starts at 09:30 with athletes registration and ends at 16:30.
  • A one hour break for lunch and community time is planned between 12:00 and 13:00. Meals are on your own.
  • Take with you two sets of training clothes, proteins, carbs and perhaps a portable mat for resting between session.
  • The Workshop includes theory andpractice and will be hold in english language. Italian translation available.

 

The “Competitors Strategies Series” workshops aim to provide helpful hints on how to improve your performance by knowing and using the training strategies of the fittest athletes.
