ABOUT THE EVENT
In this one day workshop you will review with no one other than Andrea Ager the most common movements of the Open workouts and you will have the chance to refine your skills and learn new tips to get stronger and more efficient. You will test yourself and you’ll see how to give your best in time based workout (AMRAP) and how to pace yourself through a task based workout like 14.5 (For Time). Andrea will also share with you some of her best kept secrets about two of her favorite movements: Snatch and Ring Muscle Up.
