ABOUT THE EVENT
• TEAM COMPETITION •
– 3/4 per team. 3 different levels
– 5 workouts throughout the day, per team
– 1 bike/run relay outside (video)
– 1 cardio course & 3 fitness racing events, indoors
-TEAM COMPETITION REQUIREMENTS-
Teams consist of two men and two women** and 150 teams compete across 3 divisions throughout the day in a minimum of 5 workouts, one will be outdoors: There is a level for everyone. (see skill requirements below).
All team members, excluding the ‘fitness’ division, must train at the same facility 50% of their time from June 1st to Sept 1st.
Masters must have two athletes 35+ & two 40+ on 23rd Sept.
Fitness division can be made up of a group of friends, workplaces, businesses, gyms, fitness centers, sports clubs.
