The Scaled Competition

The scaled competition will run alongside the online qualifiers. This category is aimed at athletes who want to compete but may not have the experience to Rx the qualifier workouts. The workouts for this category will be very similar to the qualifier workouts but the weights will be lighter and the movements may be scaled slightly. While completing these scaled workouts won’t give you the opportunity to compete at the Battle of London finals it will still give you a chance to see how you compare against athletes of a similar standard and hopefully provide you with a challenge and motivation to continue competing. Prizes will be awarded to the top 1st, 2nd and 3rd male and female athletes in the scaled division.

Please note that if you enter the scaled competition you won’t be able to change to another category once the first workout has been released, neither will an athlete who enters the online qualifiers be able to change to the scaled category. The same rules will apply to the online qualifiers with the first workout being released on the Sunday 3rd of November at 19:00 (GMT) on the Battle of London website, athletes will have until the following Saturday at 19:00 (GMT) to complete the workout, log their score and have their score verified by their affiliate manager.

Workout 2 will be released on Sunday 10th of November at 19:00 (GMT) on the Battle of London website, athletes will have until the following Saturday- the 16th of November at 19:00 (GMT) to complete the workout, log their score and have their score verified by their affiliate manager.
